In addition the technician/ plumber (Juan) solved the problem having to snake the drain several times and even changing something (the blades?) on the snake to improve efficiency. He was also very patient with me and my situation in regard to the two of us having to move things in order for him to do his job properly. Since the drain is in an area considered a crawl space only about 4 to 5 ft in height, he had to work in an uncomfortable space without complaining. Since there was some standing water, after getting it to drain he also took the time and effort to disinfect and clean the area. Which was to my understanding not necessarily a normal part of the job. Going way above and beyond. He seemed to my observation to be a very conscientious and hard worker. He was also very courteous and friendly both when he was at my home and in our phone conversations before and after with any details we needed to take care of including emailing of receipts Etc"
