Comment: Our house had a major insurance claim a year ago. We are still rebuilding. The tile work in the bathroom has mostly been finished, but we are not happy with some of the changes that were made from the original plan. The insurance company's tile contractor is refusing to fix their mistakes, so we are reaching out to see if anyone can do minor adjustments and repairs to newly installed tile. For example: the backsplash is about an inch taller than the rest of the tile height throughout the entire bathroom. The edge piece in another area was pieces together in a three foot section while a single piece of edging was used around the entire jacuzzi tub and shower base. The pieced together section is also twisted.
