We talked about what was going on with my existing water heater and determined that it was past its prime. Donna had told me that they installed Ruud Professional model heaters... not the type that is sold at the big box stores. I decided to go ahead, and was amazed when I was told that they could install it the very next day. Two plumbers showed up and finished the job in just a few hours.
