"Santiago quickly got back with me after I posted my need for someone to clean up my elderly mother’s yard, and scheduled to come out the next morning to look at it so he could provide an estimate. He was out at my mom’s house the next morning and scheduled the service for a few days later. I explained my mom wore hearing aids and had trouble communicating.
