The culprit was the other end of the railing where the bolt was loose! He got the tool from his truck and fixed it in a jiffy, no charge to me. I gave him a small amount anyway. I am now a client for life of Juan Mejia at Decor Iron Works 408-390-2646 because he is such an upstanding, honest guy. If and when the next problem with my railing arises I will call Juan!! Highly recommend!!"
