I was incredibly impressed by his initiative given that my quote request went out on a Sunday. Steve came by the same day to take a look at the tree, confirmed an appointment to remove the tree the following Tuesday afternoon! Steve was remarkably friendly and professional, and made my grandma smile. She told me the removal was â AMAZINGâ . Exclaiming, â he actually climbed the tree! I couldnâ t believe it!â She watched the whole thing, and canâ t wait to show me the pictures she took on her iPad. Steve texted me a photo of the job site when they were finished because I could be the site looks supreme. And as others have mentioned, likely better than Centola Tree Works found it.
