He self performs the carpentry/ finishing work, tile installation, relocation of electrical and installation of towel racks/accessories. He schedules other trades ( plumber & electrician ) along with coordination and work scope definition. He does not charge martial or labor markup for this coordination. I was pleased with quality of work and schedule for completion."

"I had one company come in to repair my wall from damage, they were so sloppy. I found Sunrise Home Repair by chance, and havent looked back. Grady came in, tore out the messed up part and had it repair correctly in a day. The next day once the mud had dried completely, he was back to sand, prime and paint.
