But we have been told that different vendors (Samsung, GE, etc.) measure differently. So we are reluctant to make a selection. Also, we currently have a back splash that we would like to retain. There ae just too many variables in this effort and we feel at a loss in making the right selection of a range. We need advice and probably some minor carpentry as part of the instsallation.
