"I was searching for a custom shower door installer and I called three area contractors to get estimates. Of the three, Matt was the ONLY one who wanted to come to my house and give his estimate in person. The other two asked ME to measure the rough opening and give them the numbers so they could give me an estimate over the phone. This part of the process alone cemented my choice to hire 20/20 Glass to do my install. Matt's price was about the same as one of the others and a little higher than the other. However, by Matt actually coming to my house and assessing all the little idiosyncrasies, he was able to give me an EXACT price. I did happen to have a couple unique architecual features which could not be accurately described over the phone. I'm sure the others would have found little things that would have increased the price on installation day. After the estimate, Matt said the doors would take a week to 10 days and it turned out to take about 10 days. I was very happy with the quick turnaround. Matt called to set up the install and was here with his assistant (another Matt) on that day and at that time. He actually called ahead to let me know he was running a little behind and would be about 15 minutes late. I really appreciated his courtesy. Matt told me the install would take about 3 hours, and it took exactly 3 hours. It is obvious that Matt knows what he is doing and is able to give realistic estimates of every step of the process. Matt and Matt were very professional and kept the work area very neat and orderly. Once they were done, I couldn't even tell that work had gone on in my bathroom. I am very happy with the beautiful doors that 20/20 Glass installed in my bathroom. The materials are of very high quality to match the quality of the work.
