They were very conscious of being frugal with the materials they were installing. Even after completion of the job, they said if we found anything further that we had questions about, they would come back out to address these, whether just to answer questions or fix something that needed to be done. He showed up early the day after he called me, gave me a very detailed description of the problem and how it needed to be fixed with a very low quote and threw in a year warranty on labor. He was able to come over two days later and did the work in a day. I had a bad leak around my chimney after a bad storm. I requested quotes from 9 contractors. Most never called me back, a couple said they would come over but never did, one was booking out several weeks, one stopped by a day late, and one went to the wrong house.
