"First off really great workmanship and really great value. We had a running list of projects that required someone that really knows their stuff. We had a few contractors come out to the home that either couldnâ t figure out how to fix certain items or they wanted to charge you an arm and a leg. Pedro and Melissa are excellent. They showed up on time and throughly explained any hiccups along the way and suggested workable ways of working around any issues. Just for reference some of the items they worked on were: Adjusting the gate of an exterior fence so that the gate could open and close without sticking . Repairing/ securing the mesh screen on the patio. Repairing a window by replacing the spring. The window refused to remain open when you slide it into an open position. Put together and install an insect screen for a window Remove the flex drain under the sink as this wasnâ t up to code and replace The microwave had a blocked vent so he had to make adjustments to the kitchen cabinets so the microwave could vent correctly Replace outlets to gfci outlets Overall they provided sensible solutions, great customer service and fair prices. Definitely will be using their services the future."
