He spelled out in his initial estimate the protective measures that would be taken for shrubbery and gardens around the house, a magnetic sweep of the work area after job completion to gather loose nails and even cleaned existing gutters - in addition to all of details of the roofing itself. Additionally, he offered an "all cash" discount, roughly equal to what his debit/credit card processing fee would have been.
