MR SCOTT arrived promptly and on time. After examining the situation a simple project was complicated by the extreme tight quarters surrounding the faucet (which I was fully aware of). The "easy" solution was a special wrench supplied by the faucet manufacture, which neither of us had. But true to his profession, MR SCOTT managed to accomplish his mission. In addition, although the work was much more complicated than originally described over the phone he maintained his original estimate which was very fair (especially compared to the "big boys")."

"Woke up with no heat! Right before Christmas! Harris responded instantly and sent out someone to check the problem. Due to incorrect installation, rain had gotten into the improperly sealed roof vents, which in turned fried the transformer, inducer and circuit board. They were at my place bright and early the next morning installing a brand new furnace, more efficient and quieter, with a 10 year warranty. Arranged financing and were finished by 3pm. Everyone from my first phone call to the last service tech was professional, polite, knowledgeable and all around pleasant and really nice people. They will be my go to for heating, AC, plumbing and electrical from here on in. Glad I found them!"

"The Customer Service over the phone is excellent - the representative was very professional with respect to promptly contacting me and scheduling. I had a garbage disposal installed - so far, it works fine, although we haven't used the dishwasher yet to make sure it drains okay, but I was told that they guarantee their work for 1 year. The cost was the going rate as compared to another vendor I used for similar work a few years ago. There were 2 visits and 2 different technicians. The first tech came on a Saturday and had to order the garbage disposal because he said it wasn't in his truck. I had asked for my ice maker to be fixed or replaced and he wasn't prepared at all for that. He told me to order one from Ebay and either install it myself or call them back. I asked him to get me the serial number, but he never emailed it to me and I couldn't figure out where it was in my freezer. So, my ice maker is still broken and I'm not up to finding another vendor to try to replace it. The second tech was very personable and did the install quickly. As long as no problems develop with the disposal, I would use them again and request the second technician to do the job."
