He provided all of the paperwork we needed in a timely manner, and was able to recreate our previous setup to the satisfaction of the insurance company. We also appreciated Torin and Jack?s flexibility with our schedule. They were very communicative and always let us know when they had openings ahead of our scheduled sessions so that we could continue to make progress on the build. We felt very comfortable with them in our home so often had them come while we were at work.
