"Charlie was wonderful to work with and provided outstanding customer service. He was easily accessible as I could reach him with questions via phone or e-mail. After having installed the tile, I noticed that there was a tile flaw, although was told by the manager later who sold the tile that it wasn't. It was a major issue in that the majority of the tile were imperfect to me. Charlie returned, on his own time, to blend out the tile with an epoxy. Luckily the tile is varigated so the imperfection isn't detectable. It is a rare occurence, but he was willing to resolve it after having been paid. He even came out later to sand it down."
