"Just yesterday, MX completed their job of installing approx. 400 sq feet of Trex decking on my private patio. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the work and overall had a very positive experience dealing with the company. I did get other estimates for the job so I know their price was reasonable and fair. They acted professionally throughout and were extremely respectful of the building rules and workspace. They made sure to clean up after the job was complete which only took a day and a half. My 15 month old son was even able to take his regular naps because they kept the noise level low!! "Beristain Contracting were asked to install laminate flooring on our top floor in two large bedrooms, 4 dressing rooms and a landing, 900 sq feet altogether. Scope was removal of the old floor, some carpentry to repair/level the underfloor, installation of underlay and laminate flooring, remove rubbish. Job was quoted to take 2 weeks and was completed ahead of time. We left David with our house keys and he got on with the job without supervision. This is the third time David has done excellent work for us at a reasonable price with no problems at all. He is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. We are very happy with the result."
