"Beristain Contracting were asked to install laminate flooring on our top floor in two large bedrooms, 4 dressing rooms and a landing, 900 sq feet altogether. Scope was removal of the old floor, some carpentry to repair/level the underfloor, installation of underlay and laminate flooring, remove rubbish. Job was quoted to take 2 weeks and was completed ahead of time. We left David with our house keys and he got on with the job without supervision.
