"Universal Air went above and beyond. My husband and I wanted a second opinion on our water heater replacement, as our was starting to leak. They not only came out the same day that I called, but answered all of my questions and came in with a quote that was half what a larger chain gave us. They were able to come out 3 days after, to replace our unit. They were on time, respectful of our home, and took the time to make sure we understood what was being done and how our new water heater worked. And even when literally a half hour later I called with more questions; took the time to come back over, double check everything, answer my questions, and tweak the system at no cost. Would recommend and use again."

"Mike communicated well, was patient with finding a time and date that suited our family schedule. He came on time for the appointment, got right to work. He put up with all my questions and answered each question patiently, with answers I could understand. His pricing was phenomenal, he is not out to gouge anyone, or take advantage of people. Performed excellent work for a reasonable price. Someone else quoted me double for the same job. He stands by his work, and tells you specifically to call him if there is a problem. I will recommend him to all my friends and family. You canĂ¢ t go wrong hiring him for any issue. As any homeowner out there knows home repairs are incredibly expensive and rising as all costs are. Has a great work ethic and a genuine desire to help people. If I could give 10 stars I would."
