"I had a skylight shatter and wasn't sure how to deal with it. Upon contacting Gregg, he set my mind at ease that it was repairable, rather than having to replace the assembly entirely. He came out the same day, carefully evaluated the existing assembly and tried to determine the exact method to replace the glass. He took measurements and provided a range of prices depending on the complexity of removing the existing glass (one of the panes was still intact, so he didn't want to start disassembling until the glass was on-hand). The replacement glass came in just a week or two later. Gregg was able to remove the glass panel from the roof, which prevented his need to remove fragile trim pieces or having to do a lot of clean-up. He carefully removed the shattered pieces and installed the new glass and sealed it with silicone. It looks like it never even happened. The price was fair, Gregg communicated very well and set expectations each step of the way. I would hire him again in a heartbeat."
