We needed it to be washed, we needed ceiling tape repairs, and some foam fixed on one of the corners of our house. Gabriel came out, took his time with me and very patiently answered all my questions about painting, licensing, repairs etc. He walked all around the house with me and pointed out all that they would do before painting.
