Josh explained everything to me in detail and provided me with a quote for the job, which was very fair. He came out the next day and installed base boards and window casings, corrected an uneven entry door and corrected a door threshold that was sitting lower than the floor. He completed everything on time, and on budget and cleaned up after he finished the job. I am planning on hiring Josh again to install base boards, window casings and install a couple of interior doors in my 3 bedrooms, once I finish my current project.
