"I first met Jeff from Sugarmans Bath who was thorough at explaining what they had to offer and he was extremely professional, patient, friendly and thoroughly explained everything. I had an old outdated 70s style tub, no shower in my mobile home. I needed a functional shower. During the wait after signing and ordering, Jeff always got back to me promptly if I had questions. Next step came Lindsey who scheduled my install. Same as Jeff, professional and friendly. The day of install Zech not only contacted me when Lindsey said he would but was here the time he told me he would be here. Hunter was right behind him and they immediately got to work. They were professional, thorough and always concerned about my happiness with the project. Checked in multiple times to see if I had any thoughts, questions or concerns. They stayed until after 8 pm to make sure the job was completed in a day. Amazing company. Thanks Jeff,Lindsey, Zech and Hunter!"
