"I would recommend using Tommy over the rest. He called back immediately, came and gave me an estimate. His price was fair his work was exceptional. He was neat and clean. He cleaned and reclined my chimney as well as pointed out something that had been done wrong in the first place and fixed that. I would recommend using Tommy's chimney Caps to anyone needing this type of work."

"I had water coming into my fireplace. Quality first maintenance was recommended by HomeAdvisor, they came when promised and did an excellent job. They repointed the outside brick-work and in addition replaced the chimney cap and flue to code, completed the work in the required period of time to prevent further rain damage and is now planning to come back to make sure that all work is OK after some heavy rains. I would certainly recommend them to anybody having a similar problem."

"I set up an appointment with Skyline Maintenance because my chimney cap kept falling off. Michael from Skyline did a full assessment and found that the top of my chimney was crumbling, many of the bricks were broken and the mortar was deteriorating almost all the way down the chimney! He took pictures of the top of the chimney to further explain the issues and showed me exactly where the repairs needed to be made. Due to all the broken bricks, the interior clay flue lining was also in disrepair. He and his crew worked professionally to repair all the bricks, patch up mortar holes and install a metal flue liner to prevent further degradation of the clay flue liner. His crew provided excellent workmanship and my chimney almost looks like new! He also warranties his work. I would recommend using Skyline for any of your masonry needs."

"They were easy to contact, quick to begin work from quoted date, and the results are amazing. After they completed our chimney they did a free inspection of the boiler and its components. They provided a fair quote for the work needed and we decide to use them again. Overall a great experience and I will consider them for all future projects."

"I previously hired DnG Complete Home to seal a chimney leak from the capstone. John, installed a chimney cap and supposedly sealed the chimney and capstone. However, the leak continued. I paid them over $5,000.00 and could not get them to return. I have copies of our texts if anyone is interested. After many frustrating calls and a run around, I gave up and called Alined Chimney. Dominick was friendly and professional. Dominick, found that John of DnG did not apply the mortar evenly leaving several holes in which water could enter. Dominick also sealed the capstone all for $870.00. Leak fixed. I wish I had discovered Dominick and Alined Chimney much sooner."

"Our Plumbing and Heating team discovered that our Boiler vents were blocked. Paramount repsonded with priority same day service. They investigated and confirmed the blockage. They also confirmed the chimney terracota liner was disintegrated. Ryan performed the work with his assistant, and Scott was the dispatcher that managed the project from the home office. Both were very easy to work with. We had a new double walled stainless steel liner put in the same day and all the vent pipes cleaned they resused material where they could, and replaced the others. We had the chimney capped as well."

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
