"Don, Alex, and Logan repaired and refinished three bedrooms and a hallway, and installed a small amount of new flooring for us. They told us what to expect in terms of removing stains from the old wood, and they completed all the work in the time frame they promised. They arrived when they said they would each day, and were respectful of our home -- doing everything they could to keep the work space separated from our living space. They also offered ideas and recommendations for the work, and gave us options we hadn't considered. All in all, we found them easy to work with, are happy with their work, and would hire them again."

The salesman who first came was knowledgeable and offered many options and we locked in our sale price. It was easy to reschedule when we had a tornado in town and might not have had power the day of the install. Also, the flooring we had signed up for went out of stock in between the order and install time, so they approved for us to have a non-sale flooring to swap out when our time came to install at the sale price! On the day of the actual install, the installer was right on time, and did the whole room in just a few hours, checking in with me along the way with any questions and Sebastian did a beautiful job! We will absolutely be calling Empire again when we need other carpeting or flooring!"
