"Mr. Swaby is a perfectionist. He is very experienced doing many types of projects. He believes in doing the job right the first time. He is a very decent man. He did a variety of projects for our 68-year-old home, which needs some updating. Mr. Swaby remodeled two bathrooms, installed a section of fence to secure our backyard, and he repaired the rotten boards on our tongue and groove porch ceiling. Mr. Swaby cleans up the work area at the end of the day better than he found it. I will definitely recommend him to others and will call on him to do additional projects for us.
