He removed the old lighted ceiling fan and replaced it with a new one, which I might add, he picked up the new one and remote too and brought it to my house after I had sent him a picture of the fan I wanted! "Had a complicated rewiring job. Had to rip out old knob and tube, demo some ancient panels, and get a new panel and wiring to brand new recessed lights, and outlets/switches. Drew took care of it without missing a beat. He was knowledgeable about some of the oddities of working in an older home like ours and provided solid recommendations for when inevitable surprises showed up.
