        Comment: I need a wheelchair ramp to my front townhome entrance. It is a total of 4 steps (2 steps, sidewalk, 2 steps) to the platform in front of house. There is one step into the house. I live in a neighborhood with HOA and rules however so need appearance to "fit in" but know this is also ADA compliance they have to realize. I have temporary ramps now I will keep until we have a project ready. I need something permanent and low maintenance. I will sometimes be pushing my husband in a wheelchair and I believe he will be walking with a prosthesis at times. I do not have a lot of cash, will need to finance most of this - cost of rental will be gone at least but i just finance t financed 3/4 of my heat pump. I can attach a couple pictures of ramp now. I will be very busy with work, husband's surgery and care, and general craziness for the next couple weeks. I truly need help to me which includes- I hope you can go by the house when you have a space in your schedule to look, measure, see if you are interested in my project. You will see I have a tree that makes things difficult, my current ramps are on the neighbors property which of course can not happen, and ultimately the tree might need to be gone- but there I have more thousands of expense. Front platform may be moved/removed? I am open to all suggestions. I will have to get approval from HOA architectural committee. I know this will not be simple. thanks, Donna Harris
