More recently, the HOA voted to make unit owners responsible for repair and replacement of decks instead of the HOA. Predictably, there are plenty of decks that need to be repaired and/or replaced in this community. Miguel handled permitting with the Town of Cary and he stained the deck after construction to meet HOA guidelines. He is reasonably priced, efficient, and quick to communicate with his clients.
