"It was a big residential job, with at least 2 big unforeseeable issues. They overcame both and got it done in a very timely manner. When a 3rd issue came up after completion, they came back and fixed that too. I have little experience with others doing similar work, but it's hard to imagine another company overcoming setbacks better. For bigger jobs, setbacks are going to happen, so it's good to get someone who can deal with them."
