"Excellent service. They came and inspected my 30 year old GE Spacemaker washer/dryer unit, and determined that the part needed was no longer made by GE. Instead of trying to sell me on their services, or talk me into hiring them to make an expensive workaround repair, they advised me that I’d be better off buying a new one. And! They recommend multiple local scratch and dent shops where I could get a new unit at a greatly reduced price. The next time I need an appliance repair or install, I’m calling them immediately."
