"I called Rich Heating and Sewer, when our sewer line started leaking into the basement. His team arrived on time, the same day I called, and rather than performing unnecessary work, they spent 15-30 minutes trying to reproduce the issue. When they were unable to reproduce the leak, they ran a scope to confirm there was no blockage then asked questions about what could have caused the problem. They then hypothesized it was a soft clog and offered maintenance tips. Their troubleshooting saved me hundreds of dollars and our plumbing has been issue free since."
