"I am Totally Satisfied with the service I received from Ramon and Sons. They diagnosed the cause of the problem within minutes of my showing them the area where the ground had sunk. While I had suspected that years ago the gutters had been legally connected to the sewer system and later, when the laws changed disconnected, that was not the problem. They found that the kitchen sink drain pipe had completely rusted away where it had previously been connected to the sewer line. In addition, they found and replaced a broken clay sewer pipe. I was totally pleased with the both the explanation of the problems, and the resulting fix of the problems at a very reasonable price. They gave me an unheard of 30 year warrantee on both the parts and their labor. In addition, I should note that they were the only recommended professional that actually went into the crawl space of my home to verify the suspected problem prior to giving me an estimate. I could not recommend them more highly."
