S & T noticed issues they did not and explained fully how they would handle the job of installing a new septic tank and taking good care of plants that would need replanting and grass that would need re-seeding. They ran into huge rocks and never complained. We had contracted for them to take away soil left over after installation. So great was the voume of rocks that they brought in 4 cubic yards of soil and did not charge extra. The work crew was friendly and eager to explain what they were doing and why.
