He gave a quote in writing and then updated as I saw a few other things which needed to be done. He carries very good insurance and workers comp. He works very hard, not one minute wasted. Great about troubleshooting the inevitable stuff that comes up. He also cleaned up each day after working and during work the area was well organized and there was order amongst the chaos of construction.
