"Woke up one morning to leak in the bathroom ceiling. Arian came out looked at my ceiling and attic space and diagnosed the leak was coming from the shingles on the roof and high hole in the chimney. He did an amazing job fixing the tiles one day and came back the next day and re-cemented the chimney and install a brand new insert. I highly recommend A&GJ construction and will use them again for my home repair needs."

"We had some heating issues after coming back from an overnight trip and found our house not warming up as usual. Despite being after 5pm on a weekend, he came right away. After an hour of diagnostics, he identified the problem and fixed it. He came again the next day with new filters and replaced our old ones with marginal additional charge. Staro is a guy who will fix the problem, and not tell you to replace everything like some others. Highly recommended."

"Anderson is a miracle worker, installing a shower in our basement bathroom when other contractors said it couldn’t be done or would be outrageously expensive. Anderson did the work in a short time, cleaned up all the debris and left it spotless. His cost was very reasonable and he used his contractor’s discounts for the materials. He communicates very well so I knew when he was coming and going. I was consulted at every step. I highly recommend Home Innovation!!!"

"I hired Rinaldi Electric to help with several electrical issues in my new home. Joe Rinaldi is very professional and met me at my house on my schedule. The project consisted of fixing cable TV outlets inside the house, installing a new electrical outlet in a crawl space, troubleshooting non-functioning electrical lighting, and installing new outdoor lights on my garage. Joe and his team did an excellent job. For my quote, there were several parts of the project that had to be estimated as it involved trying to diagnose electrical problems (why certain lights weren't working). He was upfront giving me the cost on a per man basis and the estimated time it would take. The electricians worked very hard and worked around my schedule. I was very happy with the results and would recommend them highly. I still have a few additional projects to fix and will be continuing to use Joe and his team."

Electricians do a fair amount of larger remodeling and new construction projects but also common residential projects including:

A truly skilled, well-equipped professional with a truck full of parts that charges $100 an hour can be a much wiser choice than an inexperienced hack, working with inadequate tools and no parts, but charging much less. Often, more experienced professionals get the job done quickly with warrantied work.
2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
4. How to Prepare & What to Know Before the Electrician ArrivesHarrison Electricians are rated 4.8 out of 5 based on 337 reviews of 337 pros.
