"This guy was fantastic! when I described what the problem was on the phone it told me what was causing it before he even got here, he has 30 years fixing appliances. He had to run across town and get one part and order another one. He said he would be back as soon as he got the part. He got the part on Saturday evening and came out on sunday and fixed the dishwasher. Who does that any more? I had several other issues with appliances, one with my stove which he fixed on the spot, no charge, one with my microwave that he told me what it was and exactly how much it would cost to fix and one with my refrigerator which again he told me what the problem was with the ice maker and told me exactly how much it would cost to fix. I have a lot of confidence in Richard he was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely call on him again. I was very impressed with his knowledge of all our appliances. Well done Richard and thank you for your great service!"
