"Nu-Look installed installed a new roof, removed and replaced existing siding and insulation board underneath, installed a new garage door and gutters/downspouts. They were absolutely the best contractor I've ever dealt with, true to their word and very communicative. Denny explained the process, assisted us with choosing the product to best suit our needs, wrote the estimate and contract. He also acted as the job foreman and was on site at least once daily making sure the job was progressing and meeting our expectations. He was very professional and in constant communication with me via mobile phone and text to apprise me of the schedule and job status. I felt the we were truly partners on the job and not just the customer. Garry, the owner, personally called to thank my wife and I for entrusting the work to his company and offered his personal cell phone number to contact him directly if there were any questions. Their quality was so good I referred a co-worker to Nu-Look for a roof estimate. Nu-Look got the job and the co-worker was extremely satisfied with the result. Cannot say enough about Nu-Look!
