"If I could have rated them higher than a five, I would have. It started when the owner did a personal inspection, and gave a written estimate that explained exactly what they were going to do. Other companies gave a verbal quote over the phone. There was one other company who did come out and look at the job before they sent an email quote, but their price greatly exceeded that of ABD. The owner set the appointment with me himself, and on the day of the appointment, he texted me when he was about 20 minutes away. When they took out the old water heater, they wrapped the bottom of it in plastic, so that no water would drip on the floor. After the installation, they took the time to make sure those new water heater was working properly before they left. They put a lot of care and effort into the insulation of the pipes. I know it is a water heater in an attic, but the overall look of it is one that screams attention to detail. They were very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!"
