"Both the gentleman who came out and the customer service back at their officer was great. Jim, the technician who came out, was great to work with. Not pushy, not trying to do upsells, was patient and answered all my questions and concerns. His office followed up through out the whole process, even on a Saturday. It definetely showed that they cared about the quality of the work. As some noted, the price is a bit higher than others, but I rather pay a bit extra and get great customer service and work, then have to deal with issues and problems with "cheaper" options. I will definetely use them again, as well as recommend to anyone who asks."
