These guys came in assessing the situation and recommend to remove the vinyl flooring and add a layer of plywood to the floor to make it more stable , they did the entire house with removing the shoe molding n flooring fixing the entire house and put the vinyl back down. The floor is so much stronger and you canâ t even tell anything was done; the floor is much sounder and you can tell itâ s strong and doesnâ t move like before more"

He did some framing for me and also my roofing. He did some trim, siding, installing doors, a deck that I wanted, and some plumbing. Anything his does is great quality and will last. Also his price for what I wanted to be done to the house was great. I tried others but their prices were higher than my budget. I would really recommend Escobar for anything that you may or want to be done, without the worry of not being done well. They show up on time every day and they also clean all the trash. They are real professional and would highly recommend them."

"Mr Mike came to my to rental property to do some major carpentry work. From the floors to kitchen and bathroom remodel, he did a great job - this was a time and material job as I did not know how the money flow goes. Every week I had my invoice with supporting documents. Everything was straight forward - he had the crew there, the dumpster , porto-let and all what was needed to start. I even went to check his insurance myself (even though he did had it send from the insurance company), as I do no not trust anybody. Everything went well and I can charge even more rent as my property is up to date and to code. Thank you again Mr Mike for the great job you did."

He moved furniture, placed floor covering, demoed, prepped/primed trim and walls. Installed all trim: windows, base, chair rail, casings, mantel, paneling, etc. also caulked and painted. I turned up so NICE. He had ideas and we went w/ them and we were Very Satisfied!
