The manufacturer, who verbally agreed to the job, failed to inform us that our color had been discontinued. The companyâ s headquarters basically told us we were out of luck after months of going back and forth, and even with mediation with the Better Business Bureau . The local manufacturer office helped us obtain the pieces of a different color that we painted. We then began the process of finding someone to install them. We put a call out on social media and one of the replies was Kali from Skyline Exteriors, introducing herself as one of the owners. After reaching out about our situation, sight unseen, she agreed to help. We agreed on a price and they were able to schedule us shortly afterwards. Looks great! (Itâ ll look better when we can clean the old siding in spring)"
