"Rebuilt deck and added a roof over it...not only is it completely maintenance free, but it looks like it was actually a part of the house forever...amazing. Then inside the house all new waterproof vinyl flooring in first floor of the house, and pantry was gutted, a new wider door was installed, a ceiling light and switch was installed and a laundry center was installed with new shelving...all done including even painting and staining. Then the small repairs, new upstairs toilet, fixed garage outlet, added an outside backyard electrical outlet, fixed outside faucet, replaced two light fixtures. Owner was onsite and working every day. The owner, Brad, actually told me to tell him if I didnâ t like something. He said more than once to let him know if I wanted something different. All of the work done exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely hire him again for all future projects. THANK YOU. Itâ s great to know that there is someone out there who cares and treated my home with care and exemplary customer service."

"We had a great experience with C. Michael Exteriors replacing the entire house siding and living room bow window for our home in 2023. The deep blue siding with white trim and seamless gutters has caught the eyes of our neighborhood! Adamâ s lead and his crew, Joe, Tony, and Brad performed very well as a team from removals to restoring worn areas to installation. Adam is very responsive to ensure the value we expected. The sales and installation employees are very professional and worked well with our scheduling. We are grateful for a quality project well done by the C. Michael company and highly recommend them to others."
