He charged me what he quoted over the phone. Now we are washing clothes again! Luke will be our appliance repair guy from now on!"

"The tech came out and was very helpful. Basically, I was using my machines improperly and they were nice enough to educate me on how to not abuse my washer and dryer. I was then charged for a service call for two appliances. After the technician left, I received a follow up text from David. Naturally, he asked how it went and if I was satisfied. I told him it was happened and he was nice enough to refund me some of the money for the service call since it was due to my error. DInh was very polite and explained everything to me in detail about what was wrong with the part, why it wasn't working properly, and how the new part he is installing will fix the issue. On top of guaranteeing his work, Dinh also performed other tests on the washing machine and confirmed that it is working in proper order.
