This particular window was not a stock item so he quickly located a replacement that had to be shipped locally which took about a week. He helped us out by polyurethaning the frame for us (we provided the polyurethane) prior to installing. He replaced the new window today... Lee is highly competent, professional, extremely courteous, kind, helpful and just plain nice. It was a pleasure to do business with him."
