"Steve called very quickly after submitting request - maybe an hour? I've described the issues I need taken care of (bad seals on two doors and "winter is coming!") and he set an appointment to come out two days later (after clarifying it wasn't an emergency) at 9am. Wouldn't you know it - he had someone there at 9am. The tech he sent out was a young guy but very polite and cordial. I explained/showed the issues, he took some pictures and stepped out to Home Depot to get supplies and was back in an hour. One hour later the project was completed. So far, on a very windy day, no drafts have been felt. I'll be sure to call on Martin's GC next time I have a project."
