I was incredibly impressed by his initiative given that my quote request went out on a Sunday. Steve came by the same day to take a look at the tree, confirmed an appointment to remove the tree the following Tuesday afternoon! Steve was remarkably friendly and professional, and made my grandma smile. She told me the removal was â AMAZINGâ . Exclaiming, â he actually climbed the tree! I couldnâ t believe it!â She watched the whole thing, and canâ t wait to show me the pictures she took on her iPad. "Miguel Lopez initially came to review the work I needed to have done. He also made one or two pertinent suggestions. Because most of the trees that needed trimming were my neighbor's property, he shared his concerns that she should be notified as well. It was no problem but a great consideration. He arrived on Monday 22nd with a full crew, placed cones in the street to mark off his area of work. He removed and/or trimmed all of the trees/bushes appropriately and his crew took the material to the shredder and dealt with them promptly. They picked up all debris before they left and used the blower to clean up the sidewalk. I so appreciate the customer care, the quiet, efficient manner in which they all did their jobs. "We had a large tree removal project involving 20 trees and including a large, damaged maple with 5ft dia trunk. I received multiple quotes for the project and ended up selecting Jose. His price was competitive and in-line with others. Showed up with his crew a day earlier than planned and completed on-time in 3 days with all material removed from site and stumps ground down. Great, positive attitude from Jose and all of his crew. Would hire again and strongly recommend."

"Leo and crew showed up a bit earlier than scheduled and went right to work. They are a hard-working, able bunch and the work (two large trees removed, one trash tree removed and one tree trimmed) was done quickly and well. The clean-up after the job was completed was excellent. We had a small disagreement over the scope of the work to be done that was resolved easily. I recommend a written agreement as to the exact nature of the job to be done if you hire this firm, but that in no way is to suggest that I would hesitate to employ them again. "I had an enormous tree with giant branch leaning into the house and large branches above giving squirrels easy access to my roof. They took down two large branches quickly and cleanly and removed all smaller branches hitting roof. They trimmed branches on other side of house leaning over from neighbor's trees. I am very happy with the job they did. Extra bonus: extremely nice cleanup and removal of all branches and fallen leaves."

"The only negative would be that it took a while for the owner to get back to me with an estimate of how much it would cost. It took him just a little while, and the reason was he was so busy doing other jobs. The positives were: they were on time, finished on time, the job looked good, they were clean, the area they worked in was clean when they left. It looks good."
