David and his team did a tremendous job trimming the tree back and removing all the dead wood. He was very knowledgeable and recommended ways to make the tree safe and healthy. He was on time and on budget. He was very courteous to my neighbor and when all the trimming was done he removed all the debris., It was like he was never there. My tree has never looked so good. "This is the first time in my life I had to hire a snow removal service. I am 70 yrs old but a shoulder replacement has me temporarily side-lined! Gabriel provided the estimate and was very thorough in explaining the different pricing for various snow accumulations and also how those amounts "add up" if there are multiple clearings necessary with very large snow accumulations. Naturally, the first event this year was a record setting storm. The first clearing was prompt with a 4am clearing of at least 6" of snow, great if necessary to leave for work! The 2nd clearing was done @ approximately 6pm after another 6" accumulation. It appeared to me that they did what was necessary to keep a record setting snow event removal cost to a minimum and still provide good service to a customer. I am well pleased!"
