"On Christmas day our kitchen and utility room flooded. Our hot water heater busted open. Couldn't shut off the water valve so we had to shut off water to the house. What a bummer! We called C & W at 8am the next day and the customer service on phone was so helpful. Zack our technician and his helper came out and helped us with financing. They put in a new heater within a few hours. When they left, you couldn't tell they had been here because they cleaned up everything. This is the second time we have used C & W and we highly recommend them to everyone. From the customer service on the phone to the technicians, C & W Plumbing is the best!"
