He was on time, very thorough, and was able to show us exactly what the problem was with our old unit while answering all of our questions. He found a replacement unit, had it delivered by an associate, and completed the installation all in about 6 hours. Again, this was on a Saturday so we truly appreciate that the problem was resolved and hot water restored to our home! Finally, they were able to offer a senior discount and an additional discount for paying by check or cash! I would definitely recommend their services for this type of repair anytime!!!"
