His work crew arrived each morning about eight and left between five and six in the evening after they did a general clean up of the yard. They worked hard and it was easy to see they were a true team as they worked smoothly together. Their craftsmanship and pride is evident in their work. A small issue with missing cosmetic screw plugs for the door window appeared at the end of the job. Even though I had signed off on the project, Chase went the extra mile and made sure to correct the issue (he had to order them twice) himself. This will help to prevent further issues with facial flashing coming loose from the house. They also took away the old flashing I saved so I wouldn't have to deal with it.
